摘要
通过对气相-质谱联用法测定主流烟气总粒相物中苯并[a]芘测量不确定度的分析研究,确定了测量不确定度的主要来源为标准溶液的配制,标准曲线拟合,测量重复性及方法回收率.测量结果的标准不确定度为0.338 ng/cig.在95%的置信度下,取包含因子为k=2,其扩展不确定度为0.676 ng/cig.
Uncertainty in determination of Benzoapyrene in particulate matter of mainstream smoke by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC - MS) has been assessed. It showed that the preparation of standard solution, the standard curve fitting, the repeatability of detection and the recovery of the method are main factors which influence the uncertainty. The standard uncertainty was 0. 338 ng/cig, the extend uncertainty (a = 0.05, k = 2) was 0. 676 ng/cig.
