摘要
测定了温度、pH、紫外线照射对D1-5球孢白僵菌在极性条件下对孢子萌发的影响,并找到萌发最适条件.实验结果表明:在其他条件相等时,温度在15~40℃都能萌发,19~28℃为最适应温度.球孢白僵菌孢子在pH 3~11之间都能萌发,萌发率在pH≤7时随着pH增大而升高,在等于7时达到峰值95.06%,而后逐渐下降.紫外线照射会严重影响球孢白僵菌的孢子萌发.
Measured the temperature, pH, ultraviolet radiation on the D1 -5 Beauveria bassiana under the condition of polarity effect on the spore germination, the germination optimum conditions are found. The experimental results show that :when the other conditions are equal, Beauveria bassiana can germination at 15 to 40 ℃. 19 to 28 ℃ is the preference temperature, beauveria bassiana spore germination between pH 3 11, germination rate at pH 7 or less with the increment of pH,in the 7 is equal to the peak of 95.06% , and then gradually decline. Ultraviolet radiation will seriously affect the Beauveria bassiana spore germination.
