森林生态补偿标准研究——以伊春市为例

Study on the Ecology Compensation Standard of the Forest——Exampled by Yichun City

比较分析了国内主要四种生态补偿标准制定方法,并且选取了生态服务功能价值法和机会成本法对伊春市森林生态补偿标准进行了实证研究,提出了森林生态补偿标准应包括直接投入、机会成本和伊春市生态服务功能价值三个部分,经测算伊春森林生态补偿按照目前的发展状况参考值为168.7元/亩.

In this paper, the four main ecological compensation standard setting method are analyzed, and selected the value of ecological service function method and opportunity cost method, the empirical research on forest ecological compensation standard in Yiehun is carried. The forest ecological compensation standard including direct investment, the opportunity cost and the ecological service function value are put forward. In accordance with the current status the reference value, ecological compensation of forest Yichun is 168.7 yuan/mu .
