根据七星河湿地地理格局将调查地划分为4个研究区域，采用样方法、物种多样性分析等对不同区域无脊椎动物的多样性进行研究，同时通过查阅大量标本和文献，共统计得出该地区常见无脊椎动物81种，隶属5门10纲．分析4个区域生物多样性指数结果表明，丰富度指数范围为5．565～9．821；多样性指数范围为0．045-0．074；均匀度指数范围为0．289～0．136．4个保护站相比较，西大泡子站和宝平站两地物种较丰富．
