徐州市土地覆盖变化时空特征及其驱动因素分析

Changes in Temporal Character Istics and Driving Factors of Land Cover Analysis Xuzhou

利用徐州市土地利用变更调查数据,在GIS软件的支持下,分析近14年来,徐州市土地覆盖变化的时空特征;运用面板数据和多元回归模型,分析了徐州市社会经济因素与土地覆盖变化之间的相关关系,并建立了土地覆盖变化驱动因素的诊断模型.研究结果表明,近年来徐州市土地覆盖变化较大,并且不同区域间的变化差异明显;在社会经济驱动因素中非农人口总量、第三产产值、第二产产值与人口总量是导致徐州市土地覆盖变化的主要因素.

Using change survey data of land use in Xuzhou, with the support of GIS software, analysis of the past 14 years, temporal and spatial characteristics of land cover change in Xuzhou ; the use of panel data and the multivariate regression model, the relationship between social and economic factors in Xuzhou and land cover change are analyzed, and establish the diagnostic model of land cover the driving factors of change. The results show that, in recent years, land cover c different areas is obvious; in the social and economic driving third industry to land cover hanges greatly, and the difference between factors of non - agricuhural population, the output value, the second stage of labor value and the total population is the main factor leading change in Xuzhou.
