摘要
山东省位于中国野生大豆遗传多样性分布区中心地带,但是有关山东省野生大豆资源分布状况及遗传多样性的研究相对较少。本文采用生物统计法和RAPD指纹图谱多态性分析法,对白浪河沿岸的9份野生大豆居群进行了质量性状、数量性状及遗传多样性分析。结果表明:供试野生大豆之间已发生明显的遗传分化,在亲缘关系上已经聚类成3个不同类别,而且明显分化为下游盐碱地居群和中上游非盐碱地居群两大类。研究结果显示,白浪河流域野生大豆的变异类型丰富,具有较高的遗传多样性,是良好的大豆改良备用遗传资源,值得引起广泛重视。
Shandong province located in the central region of main wild soybean distribution area of China,but few papers have been reported about the distribution and the polymorphism of wild soybeans in Shandong province. In this paper,genetic diversity of 9 wild soybean populations collected from Bailang River region in Weifang city of Shandong province was evaluated by the qualitative and quantitative traits,and by random amplified polymorphic DNA( RAPD) molecular finger-prints. Biological statistical methods for the traits and unweighted pairing group method of arithmetic means( UPGMA) for the RAPD molecular finger-prints were applied. Distinct genetic differentiations were found in the 9 samples,which could be divided into 3 groups in the clustering analysis dendrogram and belong to two clones of downriver saline-alkali one or upperriver non-saline-alkali one.Wild soybean plpulations from Bailang River region have distinct genetic diversity,and are important for the germplasm improvement of cultivated soybean( G. max).
