摘要
以线性生长期健康ICR小鼠为研究对象,空白对照小鼠喂食单纯玉米饲料,受试物小鼠分别喂食2.5%、5.0%和10%黑大豆的玉米掺和饲料,结合已建立的BDI-GS新体系和血清生化指标的测定综合评价东北黑大豆的营养及健康效应。结果表明:黑大豆在促进小鼠生长发育方面具有剂量依赖性,而综合营养效应(累计GSW)并未随剂量的增加而表现出明显提高,但剂量间营养补益功效各有侧重;黑大豆综合健康效应(累计GSI)不高,但其对大部分脏器指标存在有益效应,主要表现在对胸腺、胰腺和性腺的系数BDI均高于1.0;黑大豆喂食小鼠还可以显著升高血液的白蛋白(ALB)水平,并降低转氨酶(ALT和AST)水平。因此,东北黑大豆具有良好的营养效应和一定的健康效应,可以改善机体的蛋白供应,改善机体的内分泌及免疫状态,并具有一定保肝降酶的功效,但总体健康效应并不十分理想,用于食疗保健时应加以注意。
The healthy rodent ICR mice during linear growth were selected in the study,the control mice were fed with common maize low-nutritional diets and the treated mice were fed with maize blending diets of 2. 5%,5. 0% and 10% black soybean,respectively,combined nearly established BDI-GS system and serum biochemical indicators measuring,the nutritional and healthy effects of northeast black soybean were evaluated comprehensively. The results indicated that the growth and development performance of black soybean fed mice showed dose-dependent way,but its overall nutritional effects( integrated GSWvalue) were not obviously increased with dose increase,and there were different emphases in nutritional functions for each dose group. The overall healthy effects of black soybean were not too high,but it was of beneficial effects for majority organ indicators,and mainly were expressed in thymus,pancreas and spermary,their BDI values were all above 1. 0. In addition,black soybean may still significantly elevate albumin( ALB) level,and lower both transamino-enzymes( ALT,AST) levels in blood of feeding mice. Therefore,the current study manifests that northeast black soybean is of better nutritional effects and certain healthy effects,improving protein supply for body and promoting endocrine and immune status,as well as protecting liver and lowering transaminase,but general healthy effect is not quite ideal,should pay attention in nutritional therapy and healthcare.
