摘要 排水防涝工程是防治和减轻城市洪涝灾害的重要设施,其建设规模主要受到工程寿命期内雨洪变化规律、社会经济发展水平的制约。论述了城市雨洪变化的特点、洪涝灾害的成因和不同类型工程措施的防灾、减灾原理;阐述了致灾率、设计标准等概念;提出了城市排水防涝工程规划、设计中的水文计算任务;讨论了城市设计暴雨所涉及的暴雨强度公式、设计暴雨雨型等问题以及由设计暴雨确定设计洪水的原理和方法。 Engineering of drainage and water log prevention is an important measure to prevent and mitigate the flood disasters. The scale of the engineering is mainly restricted by rain flood variation within the project life period and the level of economic and social development. This paper discusses the characteristics of the changes of city rainwater, the causes of flood disaster and disaster prevention and reduction principle of different types of engineering measures. Additionally, it also explains the concept of disaster probability and design standard and presents the hydrological calculation task about planning and designing of engineering of drainage and water log prevention in urban areas. By doing it so, it discusses the rainstorm intensity formula, design rainstorm hydrograph and other problems, which are involved in city design storm. Finally, it is described the principle and method of confirming design flood from design storm.
