摘要
针对我国花卉行业生产中盆花包装环节仍以人工包装为主,效率低成本高的问题,开发了一种盆花包装机械。并提出了一种钩袋式负压吸附开袋方法,以保证开袋机构能在运动中稳定可靠地打开包装袋,使包装机开袋成功率和作业生产率得到改善。
Considering the problem that the package of potted flower is mainly based on artificial packaging in the flower industry as well as the problem of high efficiency and low cost, now we have exploited a potted flower packaging machine, and came up a hook-bag way and vacuum adsorption method, in order to ensure the machine could open the bag stably and reliably while in motion, thus the success rate of opening bags and ef-ficiency can be improved.
