摘要 The SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Company, Ltd.has developed a method for separating C5 fraction tomanufacture the polymerization grade isoprene. The processscheme includes the following procedures: The rawC5 fraction is subjected to rectification to remove the lightfraction containing impurities. The raw feed material issubjected to preheating and dimerization reaction to converta part of cyclopentadiene substances into dicyclopentadienewith the remainder being subjected to rectificationto extract a part of isoprene, which is concentrated at thetower overhead.
