志愿服务项目成效评估指标体系研究——基于AHP法和模糊区间评价 被引量：11

摘要 由于受理论指导和技术方法的限制,实践中缺乏科学有效的志愿服务项目成效评估,造成志愿服务资源的浪费。对此,可借鉴相关公益项目评估理论,构建一套评估志愿服务项目成效的指标体系,并寻求一种合理有效的评估方法,即根据"综合绩效评估"的理论框架,运用专家调查法和最小均差法确定具体的志愿服务项目成效评估指标,运用层次分析法(AHP)建立三级指标体系的层次结构模型并确定各级指标的权重,最后进行实例验证,利用模糊区间数计算得出结果,评估成效等级。
