以苯为原料合成超高交联吸附树脂及其吸附性能

摘要 以芳香小分子苯为基本原料,氯甲醚为氯甲基化试剂,无水氯化锌和无水三氯化铁为催化剂,一步合成出超高交联吸附树脂BE-CME.利用红外、元素分析和比表面积测定等方法对树脂的结构性能进行了表征.结果表明,树脂BE-CME的比表面积高达812.43 m2/g,元素和红外表征结果证明,树脂BECME上还残留有部分未反应的氯甲基.对树脂BE-CME进行了二次交联反应,得到比表面积为974.37m2/g的超高交联吸附树脂P-BE-CME.以苯胺为吸附对象,考察了树脂BE-CME和P-BE-CME对苯胺的吸附性能,结果表明,树脂后交联以后的吸附性能有所提高,树脂BE-CME和P-BE-CME对苯胺的吸附能力均优于相同条件下的XAD-4.随着温度的升高,树脂的吸附量下降,说明吸附是放热的. Hypercrosslinked resin BE-CME was synthesised in one pot using simple aromatic molecule benzene and chloromethyl methyl ether (CME), using anhydrous ZnC12 and FeC13 as catalyst. The chemi- cal structure of resin BE-CME was characterized by IR, elemental analysis and BET methods. The results indicated that the specific surface area of resin BE-CME was 812.43 m^2/g. The postcrosslinking reaction of BE-CME was carried out use the unreacted chloromethyl group on resin BE-CME. After postcrosslinked the specific surface area of P-BE-CME increased to 974.37 m^2/g. Batch adsorption runs of aniline in aque- ous solution onto adsorbent BE-CME and P-BE-CME were researched. The adsorption capacity of aniline on P BE CME was larger than that on BE CME and XAD4. The adsorption process for aniline onto the resins was proved to be exothermic.
