摘要
用浸渍法提取苦皮藤素,探讨了影响提取效率的因素。结果表明,以甲醇作为提取剂,料液比1∶6 g/m L,60℃浸提3次,每次6 h,提取效果最佳。
Using dipping method to extract Celangulin,the factors of the extraction efficiency are disscussed. The results showed that the optimal condition for extraction was methanol as agent,60 ℃,1∶ 6 g / m L of material to solvent,extraction for 3 times repeatedly and 6 h once. The aim is to provide the reference for optimizing the extraction technology.
