磺胺醋酰钠合成工艺的改进 被引量:4

摘要 对磺胺醋酰钠的合成工艺进行改进,考察催化剂、pH、反应温度、反应时间、加样方式对磺胺醋酰产率的影响,用不同溶剂的氢氧化钠溶液与其成盐.结果表明,55℃,不加催化剂,醋酐和NaOH,同时分次加入或者控制pH、醋酐和NaOH一次性全部加入,反应时间0.5~1h,磺胺醋酰的产率分别为73.5%,73.7%,用5%NaOH乙醇溶液与磺胺醋酰成盐,可提高磺胺醋酰钠的收率. The synthesis of sodium sulfacetamide was improved. Five factors such as catalyst,p H,reaction temperature,reaction time and adding method which effected the rate of sulfacetamide were investigated.Sodium hydroxide dissolved in different solvent was used to form sodium sulfacetamide. The result showed that the temperature was 55 ℃,acetic anhydride and sodium hydroxide were added simultaneously for several times or acetic anhydride and sodium hydroxide were added all at once controlling p H without catalyst,the reaction time was 0. 5 ~ 1 h,the yield of sulfacetamide were 73. 5% and 73. 7%,respectirely.The best solvent to form sodium sulfacetamide was 0. 5% ethanol solution of sodium hydroxide.
