摘要
以丙烯酸酯和甲基丙烯酸酯为原料,采用高内相乳液法制备吸水性丙烯酸酯泡沫材料,系统地研究了单体配比、交联剂用量、引发剂用量、乳化剂用量、乳液浓度、乳化温度、凝聚剂浓度和固化时间等反应条件对丙烯酸酯泡沫材料不溶解性的影响,优化并确定了能使丙烯酸酯泡沫材料不溶解性达到最好的反应条件,并分析其吸水速率、保水率和吸液量,用红外光谱对丙烯酸酯泡沫材料进行了结构表征.结果表明,以不溶解性为考察目标,其最佳合成工艺为单体配比9∶1,交联剂用量为单体用量的30%,引发剂用量为反应物的3%,乳化剂用量为反应物的8%,水相与油相之比为32∶1~36∶1,乳化温度为75℃,凝胶剂CaCl2浓度为3%,固化时间为1.5h.所制备的丙烯酸酯泡沫材料的不溶解率最高,并具有良好的吸液速率、保水率和吸液量.通过FTIR分析,两种单体与交联剂发生反应生成了丙烯酸酯泡沫材料.
Using an acrylate and methacrylate monomers,absorbent acrylic foams were prepared based on the method of high internal phase emulsion. The influence of reaction conditions on insolubility by the acrylic foam was studied. The reaction conditions included monomer ratio,crosslinker amount,initiator amount,emulsifier amount,emulsion concentration,emulsification temperature,coagulant concentration and the curing time. The reaction conditions were determined to achieve the best insolubility by the acrylic foam. Also the water absorption rate,water retention and liquid absorption of the foams were analyzed,and the acrylic foams was analyzed with FTIR. The results showed that when the monomer ratio was 9∶ 1,crosslinking agent was 30% of monomer amount,initiator amount was 3% of the reactants amount,emulsifier amount was 8% of the reactants amount,the ratio of aqueous phase to oil phase were between32∶ 1 ~ 36∶ 1,emulsification temperature was 75 ℃,Ca Cl2 concentration was 3%,curing time was 1. 5 h.Prepared the acrylate foam material with the best insolubility and good water absorption rate,water retention and liquid absorption. Reacting of the monomer and crosslinking agent were confirmed by FTIR analysis.
