摘要 从国内外研究动态及进展方面分析了油中水分对润滑油理化性能影响规律及其离线检测和在线监测方法;提出了一种基于水分对油液多个关键理化性能影响规律的在线监测方法,通过建立油中水分与油液理化性能的模糊关系以及油液动态特征与理化性能的数学模型,从而可根据润滑系统油液的动态特征来获取油液中水分含量,实现油中水分的在线监测;突破了目前在线监测方案中根据单一理化性能变化来实现水分含量在线监测的局限性,以提高油中水分在线监测的效果。 Analyzed the properties changes under the condition of different water content and its on-line /off-line detecting methods from the aspect of its research and development at home and abroad,and then proposed a new on-line monitoring method based on the influencing rule of oil's key characteristics by different water content. This new method would firstly establish a fuzzy identifying mathematical relation between oil physicochemical indexes and water content,and secondly set up a mathematical model between dynamic characteristics and physicochemical indexes of oil,and then monitor the dynamic characteristics of oil by sensor and calculate the water content through the model. Compared with other on-line monitoring method,this method breakthrough the limit that only single physicochemical index can be used in the detecting model,which will make the detection result more efficient and accurate.
