肾康平胶囊中马钱苷的含量测定

Determination of loganin in Shenkangping capsules by HPLC

采用HPLC测定肾康平胶囊中马钱苷的含量,KromasilC18（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）色谱柱,以乙腈-水（15∶85）溶液为流动相,检测波长240nm,流速1.0mL/min,柱温30℃.结果表明,马钱苷在0.0129～0.086g/L范围内呈良好的线性关系（R^2=0.9999）,加样回收率99.02%（n=6）,RSD值1.78%.本方法简便、准确,重现性好,可用于肾康平胶囊中马钱苷的质量控制.

Using HPLC method for the determination of the content of loganin in extracts of Shenkangping capsules. Diamonsil( R) C18( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) was used as the chromatographic column with acetonitrile-H2O( 15 ∶ 85) as the mobile phase. Detection wavelength was 240 nm. The flow rate was1. 0 m L / min. The column temperature was 30 ℃. The result showed that the linear range of loganin was0. 012 9 ~ 0. 086 g / L( R2= 0. 999 9) with recovery of 99. 02%( RSD = 1. 78%,n = 6). The method is simple and accurate,with good specificity and repeatability,which can serve as a scientific quantitative analysis methed for Shenkangping capsules.
