摘要
建立了盐酸阿霉素的直接荧光分析方法,浓度在9.90×10^-8~1.97×10^-5mol/L,荧光强度和浓度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数0.9945,检测限4.37×10^-11mol/L,回收率98.99%,避光下保存稳定性良好.方法灵敏度高,检测限低,适合用于盐酸阿霉素的分析.
A direct fluorescence analysis method of doxorubicin hydrochloride was established. The fluorescence intensity and concentration had a good linear relationship in 9. 90 × 10-8~ 1. 97 × 10-5mol / L,the linear coefficient was 0. 994 5,and detection limit was 4. 37 × 10-11 mol / L,recovery rate was98. 99%,and avoid light preservation stability was good. The results of doxorubicin hydrochloride determination showed that the method had high sensitivity and low detection limit,can be used for the analysis of doxorubicin hydrochloride in injection preparation.
