摘要
采用高效液相色谱法同时对水中灭草松和2,4-滴进行检测.用自动固相萃取仪对水中的灭草松和2,4-滴进行富集,以酸性流动相进行梯度洗脱,使灭草松和2,4-滴完全分离.测得灭草松和2,4-滴的相关系数分别为0.9999,0.9993,回收率分别在85.2% ~95.9%和91.4% ~103.1%,相对标准偏差均在0.6% ~2.0%,测定下限均为0.1μg/L,满足地表水和生活饮用水的检测要求.
The bentazone and 2,4-D in water were determined by high performance liquid chromatography at the same time. The automatic solid-phase extraction apparatus was used to enrich the bentazone and 2,4-D. Then,the bentazone and 2,4-D were separated completely with acidic mobile phase and gradient elution. Results showed that the linear correlation and percent recovery of bentazone were 0. 999 9 and85. 2% ~ 95. 9%,respectively,and those of 2,4-D were 0. 999 3 and 91. 4% ~ 103. 1%,respectively.The relative standard deviation of bentazone and 2,4-D both were 0. 6% ~ 2. 0%,and the minimum detection concentration of the two chemical substances both were 0. 1 μg / L. The analysis method of this article met the monitoring requirements of the surface water and drinking water for bentazone and 2,4-D.
