摘要
LYSY是一种有机取代羧酸盐,水解能产生盐酸和一种有机酸,可作为生酸母体,与甲酸复配,成为一种改造中高温碳酸盐储层的自生酸ZS-1,并对其性能进行了评价。实验表明,在100℃下,自生酸ZS-1对岩石的有效溶蚀率能达70%以上,且具有很好的缓速性,能对岩层深部进行溶蚀,经酸化改造后的岩心渗透率提高3倍以上,对N80碳钢的静态腐蚀速率为57.28 g/(m2·h),残酸粘度小,易返排。
A self-generating hydrochloric acid applying to middle and high-temperature carbonate reservoirs was mixtured by LYSY and formic acid LYSY is an organic substituent carboxylate salt,hydrolysis can produce hydrochloric acid and an organic acid,as raw acid precursor,and its performance was evaluated. The experiments showed that acid rock autogenous effective dissolution rate can reach more than 70%and has a good retarder resistance at 100 ℃. The static corrosion rate of N80 carbon steel can be controlled in less than 57. 28 g /( m2·h). The permeability is exalted more than three times. The residual acid has excellent performances.
