摘要
研究了金属表面处理所产生的磷化渣的处理技术,对锌系磷化液所产生的磷化渣,采用氨浸络合提取磷酸锌,残渣再加入烧碱提取磷酸三钠及氧化铁红或生产聚合硫酸铁净水剂进行综合利用。本项技术经工业规模的生产实践证明,技术成熟,操作简单,适合中小型金属表面处理企业应用。
The treatment methods for phosphate residues from metal surface treatmentwere studied. Phosphate residues from zinc-system phosphate solution was treated and recov-ered by adopting ammonia leaching complexing process to extract zinc phosphate, then addingsodium hydroxide into the residue to extract trisodium phosphate and ferric oxide or producepolymeric ferric sulfate water purifier. Industrial production has showed that it was a matureand convenient technology suitable for small metal surface treatment firms.
