摘要
单纯的氯化钙沉淀法不能把含氟量较高的转炉浊环水中的氟含量降低到较低水平, 氯化钙与PAC(Al2(SO4)3)的混合沉降法可以将含氟量如此高的OG 水中的氟降低到40 mg/L 以下.其中, PAC 的处理效果优于Al2(SO4)3,在pH 值范围8.0-8.5 时,氯化钙投加量为3000-3500 mg/L,PAC 投加2-3mg/L 的条件下,沉降1.5-2 h,处理后的水中氟含量可达40 mg/L 以下.
Using the calcium chloride sedimentation method alone cannot reduce the flu-orine content in converter turbid circulating water to a low level, but adopting mixed sedi-mentation of calcium chloride and PAC can reduce the fluorine content in high-F OG waterto below 40 mg/L. The treatment result of PAC process is better than that of Al2 (SO4)3. Withthe pH value between 8.0-8.5, calcium chloride of 3000-3500 mg/L, PAC of 2-3 mg/L andsedimentation for 1.5-2 h, the fluorine content in the water reaches to less than 40 mg/L.
