摘要
目的:筛查珠三角某大型企业员工中具有抑郁症状人群的比例,并进行影响因素的分析。方法:以该厂1 089名员工为研究对象,采用自制的社会人口学资料信息表、患者健康问卷中的分量表PHQ-9作为评估工具进行问卷调查。结果:1 089名员工中筛查出有抑郁症状者491例,检出率49.31%。其中:1轻度抑郁症状者340例,占34.14%;2中度抑郁症状者96例,占9.64%;3中重度抑郁症状者39例,占3.92%;4.重度抑郁症状者16例,占1.61%。结论:该大型企业员工中存在抑郁症状的人群比例较高,应加强该企业员工的心理健康教育。
Objective: To screen ratio of depressive employees of a large-scale enterprise in Pear River Delta and analyze itsinfluencing factors. Methods: A total of 1089 employees were investigated. The self-designed questionnaire of basic information of so-cial demography and the depression subscales of patient health questionnaire (PHQ-9) were used for the questionnaire survey.Results: Among the 1089 employees, there were 491 cases with depression with a detection rate of 49. 31. %, wherein 340 cases(34. 14%) had mild depression, 96 cases (9. 64%) had moderate depression, 39 cases (3. 92%) had moderate and severe depres-sion, and 16 cases (1. 61%) had severe depression. Conclusions: The ratio of the depressive employees of the large-scale enterpriseis high. Therefore, the work of psycho-education for the employees should be highly emphasized.
