农村留守老年糖尿病患者空腹血糖值观察

摘要 目的:探讨农村留守老年糖尿病患者的治疗预防措施。方法:收集农村留守老年糖尿病患者110例的临床资料,按空腹血糖取值范围分为正常低值组(3.9 mmol/L^6.9 mmol/L)与正常高值组(7.0 mmol/L^9.0 mmol/L),观察比较两组患者的多项临床指标。结果:低值组的低血糖、心律失常及心脏猝死的发生率分别为18.75%、16.67%和4.17%,明显低于高值组的患者43.55%、40.32%和16.12%,两组患者差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:农村留守老年糖尿病低值组低血糖、心律失常及心脏猝死的发生率明显高于高值组。故在治疗农村留守老年糖尿病时应严密观察血糖变化,适当提高空腹血糖标准,坚持个体化原则,以降低心脏猝死、心律失常、低血糖的发生率。
