Through investigation and analysis for several power plants,discussion of the management methodto guarantee the power plant production safety from multi-angle,we finally conclude that people is the coreof the production safety; Management system is the basis of production safety; Maintenance management isthe guarantee of production safety; Operation management is the key to the production safety; Production tech-nology management is the backing of production safety; Safety management is the pushing hands of produc-tion safety; Environmental protection,fire protection and goods and materials management is the capable assis-tant of production safety.
