矿井机电设备运行管理水平指数量化探析

Discuss and Analysis on Qualitative Index of Electrical and Mechanical Equipment Running Management Level of Coal Mine

矿井机电设备运行管理水平的高低,主要体现在机电设备运行维护费用及机电设备故障两方面,即运行维护费用越小,机电设备故障率及故障停机时间越小,则表明矿井机电设备运行管理水平越高,反之则相对较低。本文首先统计分析2012神东矿区年度14个生产矿井,吨煤机电设备平均维护费用及机电设备故障停机时间,在此基础之上提出矿井机电设备运行管理综合指数概念及均衡指数,形成矿井机电设备运行管理水平指数量化考核指标。一般来说,机电设备运行管理综合指数越高、均衡指数越小,表明矿井机电设备运行管理水平较高,且保持相对稳定性,有利于矿井年度均衡生产目标的实现。

Electrical and mechanical equipment of coal mining enterprises operation and management level ofhigh or low in Equipment operation maintenance cost and equipment failure loss from two aspects.First ofall,this paper statistical analzes mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and downtime losses of 14 coal mines of Shen-dong mining area in the year of 2012,on this basis of statistical analysis,we put for-ward the new concept of mechanical and electrical equipment operation management comprehensive indexand Equilibrium index,generally speaking,the former which data is higher and the later which data is lowermeans the mechanical and electrical equipment operation and management level is better,its means the levelis higher and useful to finish the yearly target of planned product.
