摘要
府谷电厂2台600MW亚临界空冷机组,自投运以来的春、秋季空冷凝结水下降管振动,一直是困扰机组安全运行的一大难题。长期的强烈冲击振动,曾使焊口撕裂,固定件松脱。在不断的总结和摸索的基础上,运行人员通过调整对侧逆流风机频率使振动减弱。2013年9月,凝结水下降管加装扰流罩,使这一问题得到彻底解决。
The vibration of condensate drain line was always a big puzzle for the safety running of all the 2*600MW units,since the units had passed the trial running,especially,in the spring and autumn seasons.Due to the serious vibration phenomenon,it has damaged the weld streams and dropped off the piping sup-ports.According to the investigations and experiences on site,our operating team has decreased this problemby adjusting the opposite secondary fan speed.Finally,this problem has been solved completely by introduc-ing one kind of water spoiler inside of the condensate drain line in September 2013.
