摘要
中国水泥及水泥基材料行业是资源密集型、能源密集型的高消耗行业,资源消耗总量非常大。2012年中国水泥产量达到21.84亿t,且仍呈增长趋势。该文以中国水泥及水泥基材料行业为研究对象,运用物质流分析方法,对该行业生产和使用中涉及的资源进行整体分析。结果显示:根据2010年数据核算,消耗石灰石资源达15.33亿t,消耗砂石资源达116.99亿t。预计到2015年,通过生料替代、砂石替代及石膏替代减少的资源消耗量总计能达到9.18亿t,较2010年进一步减少资源消耗3.74亿t。
China's cement and cement-based materials industry is one of resource intensive and energy intensive industries,and the total resource consumption is considerable.China's cement output has reached 2.184 billion tons in 2012,still with a growing trend.China's cement and cement-based materials industry was taken as the research object to make an overall consumption analysis of this industry using the substance flow analysis(SFA)method.The results indicate that according to 2010's accounting,the annual consumption of limestone resources is up to 1.533 billion tons,with those of sand gravel resources up to 11.699 billion tons.In 2015,the reduction through raw materials substitution,sand gravel substitution,and gypsum substitution will reach 918 million tons,further reducing resource consumption by 374 million tons compared with the resource consumption in 2010.
