摘要
脉动流对转子密封系统有着重要的影响。该文从脉动流诱发振动的角度,研究了转子密封系统的动态特性。首先分别建立了零平均脉动流和非零平均脉动流流体诱发振动的转子密封系统的振动模型;然后,采用数值分析的方法,对建立的模型进行定量仿真分析;再次,讨论了系统参数对流体激振的影响;最后讨论了模型稳定性问题。研究表明:流速频率接近系统固有频率时,发生流体激振;流体激振幅值与系统阻尼比成反比关系,与流体密度成正比关系。
The pulsating flow is an important factor affecting the performance of the rotor-seal system.From the point of view of pulsating flow induced vibration,dynamic characteristics of a rotor-seal system were analyzed with the models of the rotor-seal system with the no-zero and the zero mean pulsating flow established based on pulsating flow induced vibration,and with numerical simulations then made to quantitatively analyze the characteristics of pulsating flow vibration for the found models.The relation between the system parameters and the fluid excitation was discussed with the system stability analyzed.The results show that the fluid excitation occurs when the pulsating frequency of fluid is close to the definite range of the natural frequency,and that the fluid excitation in the rotor-seal system is proportional to the fluid density while inversely proportional to the system damping.
