摘要
随着越来越多的企业实施了内部博客系统,其对员工和企业的影响受到学术界和业界的关注。该文构建了企业内部博客系统使用行为对员工组织沟通满意度的影响模型,界定了企业内部博客使用行为对员工组织沟通满意度正面影响。利用一个企业的调研数据,对模型进行了实证检验。结果表明:企业内部博客系统使用行为对员工的组织沟通满意度存在着总体上的正面影响。将使用行为进行分类后发现,信息获取活动、联系沟通活动以及所收到的反馈对员工的组织沟通满意度有正面影响,而信息贡献活动对组织沟通满意度有显著的负向影响。
As more and more companies have deployed internal blogging systems,studies on the impacts of such applications on employees and companies have gained increasing attention from both academic research and field practice. This paper presents a conceptual model that suggests that the user activities in blogging systems affect employees'organizational communication satisfaction.Based on the survey data collected from a large company,the model was validated empirically.Tests show that employees'use activities in intra-organizational blogging systems have significantly positive impacts on organizational communication satisfaction.Considering different use activities,testing results also show that information acquisition activities and relational communication activities,as well as feedbacks from others,have significantly positive effects on employees'organizational communication satisfaction,while content contribution activities have significantly negative effects on employees'organizational communication satisfaction.
