耐热钢焊条堆焊过程中的碳迁移现象 被引量:1

摘要 使用不同合金元素C,Cr,Mo配制的焊条在304不锈钢板上进行手工堆焊,并在500℃,100 h条件下进行高温时效处理。研究了不同元素对耐热钢/不锈钢焊接接头碳迁移的影响,发现焊条中减少C元素含量,或适当增加Cr元素含量,可有效地防止碳迁移的产生,而Mo元素对碳迁移的影响不如Cr元素。根据Fick第二定律,采用误差函数方法建立的碳扩散方程,通过实际测试进行验证,结果较为接近。 Different C, Cr, Mo alloy elements were prepared to make welding electrode and were resurfaced on the304 stainless steel plate by manual arc method. Then they were aging treated at 500 ℃, 100 h under high temperature condition. It was studied that the influence of different elements on carbon migration in welded jont of heat resistant steel/stainless steel. It was found that, when C element decreased, or Cr element increased, it could effectively prevent the formation of carbon migration, but the influence of Mo element was less than Cr element.According to Fick′s Second Law, error function method was used to establish the carbon diffusion equation, and by the actual test, it was closed to the result.
