摘要
针对大型薄壁构件搅拌摩擦焊过程中,焊缝实际位置与程序轨迹容易出现偏差的情况,采用点扫描激光法对焊缝位置进行检测,通过开放式数控系统对数据进行实时分析与处理,得出实际焊缝分布状态,从而实现对焊接轨迹的自动修正。试验结果表明,该方法可以有效纠正焊接轨迹,提高大型薄壁构件搅拌摩擦焊的焊接质量。
For the friction stir welding process of component with large size and small thickness, the deviation between actual weld and program welding trace may easily occur. To avoid that deviation, a point laser scanning method was adopted to detect the weld, by an Open Architecture NC system for real-time analysis and processing of data, the actual weld position was obtained and the program weld trace could be corrected. Experimental results show that this method could effectively correct the welding path, increased the welding quality of large and thin component of friction stir welding.
