黛力新联合美施康定治疗重度癌痛38例

38 Cases of Severe Cancer Pain Treatment with Deanxit Combined with MS- contin

目的:观察黛力新联合美施康定治疗重度癌痛的疗效。方法:将76例符合入组标准的重度癌痛病患者随机分成两组。观察组38例用黛力新联合美施康定治疗,对照组38例单用美施康定治疗。结果:观察组总有效率为97.4%,对照组为89.5%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05);观察组生活质量比对照组高,经统计分析有显著性差异(P<0.01);观察组美施康定人均日剂量比对照组低,经统计分析有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:本研究认为黛力新联合美施康定治疗重度癌痛可取得显著疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Deanxit combined with MS - contin treatment of severe cancer pain. Methods： 76 patients met the entry criteria of severe cancer pain patients were randomly divided into two groups of 38 cases. Conclusion： This study suggests that application of Deanxit combined with MS - contin treatment of severe cancer pain can be achieved a significant effect, worthy of clinical application.
