中医辨证施护颈椎病72例临床观察

72 Cases of Cervical Spondylosis of the Nursing Clinical Effect Observation of Syndrome Differentiation in TCM

目的：观察颈椎病患者中医辨证施护的临床效果.方法：选取我院2013年4月～2014年4月收治的颈椎病患者144例,依其入院登记单双号分为观察组与对照组各72例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行常规护理加中医辨证施护,1个月后对比两组患者的临床效果.结果：观察组患者临床治疗效果优于对照组,两组之间比较,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：将中医辨证施护理论应用于颈椎病的临床护理效果好,值得推广.

Objective ： To explore the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine the nursing applied to the clinical effect of the nursing of patients with cervical spondylopathy. Methods： Select our hospital in April 2013 to April 2014 were analyzed in 144 ca- ses of patients, according to the hospital. The divided into observation group and control group, two groups all have 72 cases, control group patients with routine nursing care, observation group of patients with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing care, compared two groups of patients nursing effect. Results： The observation group of patients with various conditions were better than that in control group, the low incidence of adverse reactions, two groups of patients were compared, the difference statisti- cally significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Of traditional Chinese medicine to the nursing theory used in the clinical nursing of cervical spondylosis, good effect, less adverse reactions, is worth popularizing in further clinical use.
