葛根芩连汤源于东汉末年张仲景所著《伤寒论》,功善解表清里。现代临床研究此方具有解热、抗菌、抗病毒、抗缺氧、抗心律失常、解痉、抑制胃肠运动等药理作用,被广泛运用于临床各科病症,尤其在消化系统疾病中的应用尤为广泛,特色突出,值得一探。

Gegen Qinlian decoction from the Eastern Han Dynasty ZHANG Zhongjing＇s Shanghardun, has the effect of diaphoresis relieving superficies and clearing interior. Modern clinical research has proved that Gegen Qinlian decoction has the effects such as antipyretic, antibacterial, antiviral, anti hypoxia, anti arrhythmia, spasmolysis, restrain gastrointestinal motion and now it has been widely used in various clinical disorders,especialy in digestive system disorders. This paper discusses the application of Gegen Qinlian decocton in digestive system disorders.
