摘要
在简要分析了钛合金TC18材料可加工性差、加工效率低下的基础上,结合飞机起落架大型承力构件的加工特点,对钛合金TC18高效粗加工技术进行了深入研究。通过对粗加工中铣削方式的探究——如何根据机床刚性合理采用强力铣削、大进给铣削的加工方式,大型锻件在编程时的注意事项,以及合理的刀具应用等,实现了TC18大型承力构件的高效铣削粗加工,达到了高的金属去除率。
Based on the brief analysis of TC18 titanium alloy which has poor workability and low processing efficiency,and combined with machining characteristics of large titanium bearing structure of aircraft landing gear,high-efficiency roughing technology of TC18 titanium alloy is deeply studied.Through the research on milling mode during roughing,such as how to reasonably use powerful milling and high-feed milling in accordance with machine tool rigidity,precautions during programming of large forgings and reasonable tool application,high-efficiency milling roughing of TC18 large bearing structure is realized and high metal removal rate is achieved.
