摘要
随着复材零件结构的日益复杂,传统复合材料生产模式很难满足其精准化要求,复合材料数字化软件的开发使零件的制造过程更加便捷,同时能够满足对零件尺寸精准的验收技术要求。分别以某型号壁板蜂窝夹层件两类典型的零件作为研究实例,利用数字化软件对制造过程进行优化,开展数字化制造可行性研究,辅以数控下料机、激光铺层定位仪、自动铺带机等先进的数字化设备,更好地保障飞机构件外形的精度。复合材料制件实行数字化制造后,不但降低了生产成本保证了零件产品的质量,而且有效推进了复合材料零件制造技术的发展。
With the increasing of complexity of composites structural parts,the traditional production mode of composites is unable to meet the precise requirements,the development and utilization of digital software not only simplify the manufacturing processes,but also meet the technical requirements.Taking the composites panel and the honeycomb sandwich part as an example,researches on digital manufacturing feasibility supplemented with CNC cutting machine,laser layer location instrument and digital automatic paving machine etc are carried out,in order to guarantee the precision of the aircraft component shape.Digital manufacturing of composites can reduce the production cost and enhance the quality of production,which effectively promotes the development of composites manufacturing technology.
