中英现代化社会转型期官德建设比较研究

官员道德建设是当前政治体制改革的重要组成部分,对比中、英两国官员道德建设的实际情况,中国官员道德建设仍然存在着一些问题,如官员道德法规欠系统性和权威性、官员道德监督惩治机制欠健全、官员道德教育欠长效性和时效性、官员道德评价机制欠落实等等。党的十八届三中全会强调"依法治国",通过进一步健全官员道德法律法规,完善官员道德监督机制,提高官员道德教育水平,推行官员的道德评价,切实保障"依法治国"视域下的"依法治官"取得实效。
