本文通过对"上海模式"、"杭州模式"和"宁波模式"三个典型的社区治理模式进行比较分析,认为在当前社区治理中应发挥党政的主导作用,推动多元共治;发展社会组织,培育公民社会;动员政府之外社会力量,促使其在经济方面支持社区建设;创新服务手段,发挥媒体和网络优势。

Through the comparative analysis of the three typical community governance mode-＂ Shanghai mode＂, ＂ Hangzhou mode＂ and＂ Ningbo mode＂, the paper pointed out the party and government should play a leading role in the community governance, to promote the multi governance;Development of social organizations,fostering civil society;Mobilize social forces outside of government to support the community construction in the economic; Innovative service means, giving full play to the advantages of media and Internet.
