国华惠电脱硫及灰渣与主机系统一体化控制研究

摘要 本文主要针对神华国华惠州电厂脱硫及灰渣控制系统存在的主要问题,同时结合国家发展改革委和环境保护部提出的"脱硫脱硝除尘DCS主要参数应逐步设置于同一集控室内"的具体要求,避免主机集控室与灰硫控制室运行人员在机组异常情况下沟通不及时,造成环保参数超标发生环保事件,给集团公司造成恶劣的影响。重点介绍了在双机不同时停运的情况下,以机组运行安全为第一,逐步实现脱硫及灰渣控制系统单元制改造的过程,同时与主机控制系统联网,达到脱硫及灰渣控制系统与主机控制系统一体化控制的目的,给火力发电厂实现控制系统一体化改造工程一定的借鉴意义。 Aiming to the main problems of Shenhua Guohua Huizhou power plant desulfurization and ash control system, combined with the specific requirements about"desulfurization denitration and dust and the main parameters of DCS should be gradually set on the same set of control room"proposed by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Environmental Protection, in order to avoid the untimely communication between the main machine in the control room and the ash and sulfur operator in the unit under abnormal condition, which maybe lead to the environmental events and the adverse impact to the group company due to the environmental parameters exceed.Based on the dual time outage situations and unit operation safety, this paper mainly introduces the realization process of desulfurization and ash retrofit of control system of unit system.By networking with the main control system, the desulfurization and ash control system and host control system can be integrated into a united system.It will be a good reference for thermal power plant.
