基于西门子PLC的弹簧腿总成装配台控制系统的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of the Assembly Platform for Spring Leg based on SIEMENS PLC

弹簧腿总成是一种重要的汽车零配件,本文主要研究将西门子PLC和LENZE伺服电机控制器结合使用,实现不同长度弹簧在同一个装配台上的混合生产,通过全系统自动化生产提高了效率,其多样性更为工厂节约了成本。

Spring leg assembly is an important automobile parts.This paper mainly studies the combined applications of SIEMENS PLC and LENZE servomotor.Different lengths spring mix production at the same stage of the assembly has been realized.Finally the aim of improving the efficiency and saving cost is achieved.
