摘要
分析了近年来大型跳汰机在我国的应用情况,针对当前制约跳汰机向大型化方向发展的几个关键因素,从空气室原理、风阀结构和排料机构形式等方面提出技术创新方案,研究设计了柔性空气室跳汰机;阐述了柔性空气室跳汰机的结构、工作原理、技术特点及工艺性能和实际应用效果。
Application of large jigging machine in China analyzed,aiming at some present restricted factors on the development trend of large jigs,a jig with elastic air chamber designed based on the principle of air chamber structure of the air valve and the structural mode of discharge mechanism;described are its structure, technical features, process characteristics and performance of application.
