中国煤化工现状与发展思考——写在“十三五”之前

Opinions on the Development of China′s Coal Chemical Industry——Remarks Drawn Before the 13th Five-Year Plan

在充分调研的基础上,从煤化工的产业规模、产业地域分布、产业消耗与排放等方面对煤化工的现状进行了描述,对煤化工的发展趋势进行了分析。从石油安全、国家建设需求等角度,探索了中国煤化工的发展空间;同时又从煤炭资源、水资源和碳排放等方面,分析了中国煤化工发展的约束空间。综合以上,提出了促进中国煤化工健康发展的措施与建议。

Given in this paper was a description of China＇s current situation of coal chemical industry with reference to its industry scale,geographical distribution,as well as its consumption and emission based on detailed investigation and research.The development trend of the coal chemical industry was analyzed and its development space was probed into from the demand of petroleum security and national construction.On top of that,the constraint of the development of this industry was analyzed from such aspects as coal and water resources,carbon emission,etc.Based on the aforementioned facts,measures and suggestions on the sound development of China＇s coal chemical industry were put forward.
