粉煤气化“双高”原料气耐硫变换新工艺的工业应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对"双高"原料气制甲醇等变换深度较浅的反应,青岛联信催化材料有限公司开发了废锅+两段低水气比耐硫变换工艺,通过废锅,降低原料气水气比,减少变换反应推动力,进而灵活控制床层反应深度及热点温度;针对"双高"原料气制合成氨等深度变换反应,开发了分层进气的专利反应器技术,通过精确计算催化剂的装填量和分层进气的办法,将反应温度控制在要求的范围内。开发的新工艺已实现了工业化应用,结果表明,新工艺不仅解决了"双高"原料气第一变换炉超温的难题,而且稳定了变换操作,节能效果显著。 The Qingdao Lianxin Catalytic and Material Co.,Ltd.developed the process of "waste heat boiler + 2-stage conversion of low steam/dry gas ratio" to address shallow shift reactions in e.g.coal-to-methanol plants based on feed gas with high CO content and high steam/dry gas ratio ("double high") from pulverized coal gasification.The wasteheat boiler could decrease the steam/dry gas ratio,and thus decrease the driving force of the shift reaction,which facilitated flexible control of the reaction depth of the bed and hot point temperature.For deep shift reactions in e.g.coal-to-ammonia plants based on "double high" feed gas,the patented stratified-charge reactor was developed to keep the bed's temperature within the required range,which was assured by accurate calculation of the catalyst loading amount and the method of stratifying charge gas.Commercial application of the new process was realized,and the result showed that it not only solved the problem of excess temperature of the primary reformer due to the "double high" feed gas,but also made the shift operation stable,as a result,remarkable energy conservation effect was obtained.
