摘要
介绍了氨-硫酸铵法脱硫和湿法脱硝的反应原理,分析了湿法脱硝的优点。综合分析了氨-硫酸铵法脱硫和湿法脱硝一体化技术的技术优势:节省场地空间,无二次污染排放、浓缩结晶效率高(其中脱硫效率大于98%,脱硝效率大于85%)、副产品价值高等。工业试验结果表明,采用氨-硫酸铵法脱硫和湿法脱硝一体化技术,可达到国家环保部的排放要求,实现烟气治理的高效、节能;工业实际情况有待于蒲城清洁能源化工公司装置开车后的运行来验证。
The reaction principle of ammonia/ammonium sulfate desulfurization and wet denitration were introduced,and the advantage of wet denitration was analyzed.The technical advantage of the integrated technology of both ammonia/ammonium sulfate desulphurization and wet denitration was analyzed in a comprehensive way,which could be summarized as:saving space,no secondary pollution,better efficiency in concentration and crystallization (desulfurization efficiency was over 98%,denitrification efficiency was up to 85%) and high value of its byproducts.The result of the commercial application of this integrated technology of both ammonia/ammonium sulfate desulphurization and wet denitration showed that it could meet the emission requirement of the Environmental Protection Department of the State,and the fume treatment was more efficient and energy saving.
