摘要
将无元素氯(ECF)漂白技术制备的杨木浆在未漂浆塔中进行木聚糖酶处理.结果发现,木聚糖酶可以提高杨木浆的可漂性、成浆得率和成浆强度;在工艺参数不变的前提下,可以提高漂白浆的质量,降低漂白化学品的消耗和排放废水的污染负荷,不仅节约了生产成本,而且有利于环境保护.
Add xylanase into the tower of unbleached poplar pulp prepared by ECF bleaching. Find that xylanase can improve pulp bleachability, pulp yield and strength. Under the same parameter, can improve the quality of bleached pulp, reduce bleaching chemical consumption and pollution load, not only save the cost of production, but also protect the environment.
