摘要
荆州古城经过一系列的水利建设,防洪体系日益完善,但水体面积缩小、水污染严重、水生态退化等问题日益突出,已成为制约古城经济、旅游发展的瓶颈。本研究将水污染控制、水生态能力的恢复作为工程重点,在系统模型及总量目标的定量分析基础上,将污水管网建设、清淤、生态环境构建等工程内容联系成整体,建立完整的水环境整治体系。
In the ancient city of Jingzhou, the flood control system is increasingly perfected after a series of water conservancy construction. However, the increasingly prominent problems of lessening water area, serious water pollution and water ecological degeneration have become the bottleneck restricting the economical and tourism development of the ancient city. The article focuses study on the control of water pollution and restoration of water ecological capacity. On the basis of system model and gross target quantifying analysis, the engineering contents of constructing sewage network, clearing silt and building ecological environment areconnected into a whole in order to establish the complete water environmental harnessing system.
