面向可实施配电自动化的中压网架评估研究

摘要 为提高供电可靠性,依据配电自动化的可实时监测和快速切除故障,转移供电负荷的能力,以提高供电可靠率为主要目标;从网络结构、供电能力和设备运行水平三个方面分析,提出一种面向可实施配电自动化的中压网架评估体系。利用主观决策法和客观决策法相结合的赋权算法计算指标权重,得到中压网架现状评估分数,评估分数过低将不适宜实施配电自动化。并给出实例分析,验证了此评估体系对实施配电自动化后的供电可靠性提高程度具有一定的指导性。 On the basis of the distribution automation system havethe ability that real-time monitoring and clearingfaultfast, transfer of power supply load, in order to improve the reliability of power supply as the main target; The analysis from three aspects of network structure, power supply capacity and equipment operation level. Presenta medium voltage network assessment system which can implement distribution automation.Make use of subjective decision-making and objective decision-making method to calculate the index weight to get themedium voltage network situation assessment scores, assessment scores too low will be not suitable for implementation of distribution automation. And gives examples to analyze, verify the evaluation system has certain guiding significance on the reliability of power supply after the implementation distribution automation.
