甘油加氢产物衍生物的分析

Determination of glycerol hydrogenation derivatives in the aqueous solution

摘要 甘油催化加氢的产物用醋酸酐进行乙酰化处理,采用HP-5(30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)弹性石英毛细管色谱柱氢火焰离子化检测器进行气相色谱分析。GC/MS定性鉴定,以苯甲酸甲酯为内标的内标定量法。1,2-丙二醇的回收率可达100.2%,1,3-丙二醇的回收率可达99.8%,甘油的回收率可达100.04%。 The products of glycerol hydrogenation in the aqueous solution were acetylated with acetic anhydride. The acetylated derivatives were analyzed by gas chromatography equipped with HP-5 elastic quartz capillary chromatographic column (30 m × 0.32 mm × 0.25 I.L m) and hydrogen flame ionization detector, using methyl benzoates as internal standard. The peak identification was conducted by GC/MS. The results showed that the recovery rate of 1,2-propanediol reached 100.2%, that of 1,3-propanediol 99.8% and that of glycerol (reached)100.04%, respectively.
