二羟基乙二肟对硝酸胍/碱式硝酸铜气体发生剂燃烧性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 选择燃烧温度较低的硝酸胍(GN)/碱式硝酸铜(BCN)为气体发生剂基础组分,二羟基乙二肟(DHG)为降温剂,通过测量燃烧温度,以及对其热分解和燃烧产物表面形貌进行分析,研究了DHG对GN/BCN气体发生剂燃烧性能的影响。结果表明,DHG的分解作用影响了GN/BCN体系的分解温度和燃烧反应,加入5%DHG的GN/BCN气体发生剂燃烧温度从1 062.13℃降低到1 005.19℃,4MPa压力下燃速升高了34.44%,燃烧产物表面有大量的Cu纳米线生长,且结构多孔。 In this paper, the guanidine nitrate(GN)/copper nitrate basic(BCN) was selected as basic components of gas generating agent with low burning temperature, and dihydroxglyxime(DHG) was selected as the cooling agent. Through measuring the combustion temperature, analyzing thermal decomposition behavior and combustion product surface, the effects of DHG on the combustion characteristics of GN/BCN gas generating agents were studied. The results show that decomposition temperature and combustion reaction of GN/BCN gas generating agents were influenced, because of the decomposition of DHG Burning temperature reduced from 1 062.13℃ to 1 005.19℃, and buming rate increased by 34.44% under 4MPa pressure with 5% DHG adding, there were large amount of Cu nanowires on combustion product surface and the product structure was porous.
